Our Activities
Our activities include working towards independence in personal care tasks, developing money management skills, receiving travel training for increased confidence and independence, and learning about staying healthy and exercising.

Providing opportunities for volunteering, skills training, and apprenticeships will enhance employability potential as individuals gain hands-on skills that can be easily transferred. Engaging with local employers for apprenticeships will boost confidence in individuals with mental health needs, autism, learning disabilities, and other vulnerable people, treating everyone fairly and providing employers with skilled labour. Collaborating to deliver projects will help foster new relationships and reduce isolation.

Participating in community projects brings people together, resulting in heightened engagement within their communities and improved opportunities for skill development. As a result, participants become more confident in raising awareness about mental health needs, autism, learning disabilities, and the needs of other vulnerable individuals.
